UOB Policy Manual

Unity of Bellevue's Policy Manual is divided into 10 sections. Sections 1-9 are viewable as one pdf.

Section 10 is viewable in several documents. Please note the following:

  • If there is no hyperlink it’s still under development. 

  • Section 10 is an area for attachments related to the policies which are primarily located in section 1-9. We will update these attachments frequently as needed.

  • Section 10 items noted with REFERENCE do not require Board approval and may be updated at any time. Most areas of Section 10 may be changed by staff simply submitting a request to the Governance Committee who has authority to make changes to section 10 without obtaining Board approval except as noted here. Those areas of Section 10 which DO require Board approval for changes:

    • 10.6.6, Performance Evaluations

  • The latest revision of sections 1-9 is October 2023, and is focused on content rather than an editor’s review. The intent is to be under review at all times. Further changes are coming in 2024. Here are the sections being actively worked on (other than for a rewrite):
