1. Deeper Dive into the Message from the Celebration Service

Susan Neidig Spirit Group

Have you ever left the celebration service thinking:

  • I would really like to go deeper,  or

  • I wish I could just sit and talk about this message and how it affects me.

Join an in-person and online group that will do just that.  Every Sunday afternoon this Spirit Group will meet to discuss the Sunday morning message.

Please register for the Spirit Group online, to get added to the Spirit Group roster for communication and to get the zoom link if you want to participate online.

If you are new to Unity of Bellevue and want to try a Spirit Group just drop in and join us in the library on Sundays at 12:30 pm.

2. Conscious Leadership

Susan Neidig Spirit Group

Mondays, @ 6:30 pm - 8 pm - In Person

Neidig Home in Downtown Bellevue

Jan 13th – Mar 10th

Join Susan Neidig in the exploration and practice of the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership.  Even though this is called a leadership book it is really about Conscious Life. Fear drives most people to make choices that are at odds with healthy relationships, vitality and balance.
15 Commitments to Conscious Leadership offers the antidote to fear.  These fifteen commitments provide a comprehensive road map to guide you to shift from fear-based to trust-based life. Once you learn and start practicing the 15 Commitments you’ll get results in the form of more energy, clarity, focus and healthier relationships. You’ll do more and more of what you are passionate about, and less of what you do out of obligation. You’ll have more fun, be happier, experience less drama and be more on purpose.
It starts with a simple model, describing above the line or below the line behavior for each of the 15 Commitments.
Any one of these commitments will change your life. All of them together are revolutionary. What do you need to bring to the table?  Be curious.  Sounds so simple, and yet it’s a skill few have mastered. Most of us are far more interested in being right and proving it, than we are in learning, growing and shifting out of our old patterns. By default we gravitate towards the familiar. We’re asking you to take a chance and explore the unfamiliar. Just stay curious and let us introduce you to a whole new way to live.

Mondays, Jan 13 - Mar 10, 2024 | 6:30 pm - 8 pm | Susan Neidig home | Susan Neidig, Facilitator | The Fifteen Commitments of Conscious Leadership - available in bookstore on UOB website shop

3. The Five Basic Principles

Susan Sterling Spirit Group

Fridays, @ 11 am - 12:30 pm - In Person

Unity of Bellevue Library

Jan 17th – Mar 15th

Series based on the book, by Ellen Debenport: The Five Principles: A Practical Guide to Spirituality.  The videos are led by the author of the book.
The Five Principles provides tools for daily living and suggests answers to the great questions of existence. Questions such as What is this greater Presence that we sense around us? Who and what are we? Why do things happen in our lives the way they do? How can we communicate with this Presence? and What are we here to do? The five principles constitute the core teachings of the Unity spiritual movement founded in 1889 by Charles and Myrtle Fillmore. These same principles reflect the laws of the universe that apply to everyone, all the time. They show up in every major religion, and are all reflected in the teachings of Jesus Christ. The author encourages every reader to "work with the principles, test them, apply them to your life, and watch what happens."

Join Susan Sterling for this rich, exciting, and powerful series!

Fridays, Jan 17 - Mar 15, 2024 | 11 am - 12:30 pm | Library | Susan Sterling, Facilitator | The Five Principles - available in bookstore on UOB website shop
