Deeper Dive into the Message from the Celebration Service
Have you ever left the celebration service thinking:
• I would really like to go deeper, or,
• I wish I could just sit and talk about this message and how it affects me.
Join an in-person and online group that will do just that. Every Sunday afternoon this Small Group will meet to discuss the Sunday morning message.
Please register for the Small Group online, to get added to the Small Group roster for communication and to get the Zoom link if you want to participate online.
If you are new to Unity of Bellevue and want to try a Small Group just drop in and join us in the library on Sundays at 12:30. When there is a conflict for the Uniteen room and/or this time slot we will meet in the Friendship room over lunch. Listen for info during the announcements and look for the sign for the Spirit Group table.
Golf Group
Tuesdays @ 10 am – 12 pm, Sept/Oct
Crossroads Par 3 Golf Course
Everyone is welcome from beginners to experienced golfers! Green fees are $20.00 for seniors 60+ and $22.00 for younger adults. Golf clubs are provided and golf balls are 2 for $1.00. Sign-up sheets and general information are on the clipboard in the Atrium. If you have any questions, contact Gwen Bundy.
The goals for the group are to strengthen our mental and physical abilities and increase spiritual awareness by participating in a challenging and fun outdoor activity. Walking the golf course will help us maintain our mobility and stay physically fit, so we can continue to live independently, and better serve Unity and the community at large through our volunteer efforts. We encourage and support one another in learning a new sport, honing golf skills, and developing new friendships. Join us on Tuesdays at 10:00 am at Crossroads Golf Course for fun and fellowship!
Political Curiosity
Second Sundays @ 12:30 – 2 pm
Uniteen Room
Do you struggle talking politics with those who hold different views from you? Come join us for a respectful dialogue to create deeper connec-tions through greater understanding of each other’s world views and underlying philosophies. This is not about convincing each other or trying to win each other over to another point of view, it is about deep listening and sharing what is true for you during this turbulent time. We will rely on our Unity principles and values to come together in a safe space that is all about being open and curious and not about being right.
Games Group
4th Thursdays @ 2 - 4 pm
Come connect with a fun group of people who love to play games together. We plan to meet on the 4th Thursday of the month at 3 pm at Unity of Bellevue. Please register so we can notify you if or when the date changes. Room location dependent on rentals that might be scheduled for that day. Bring your favorite game and share with others.
