Spring 2024 Spirit Groups Registration is now open!
There are two Spirit Groups available to join.
Groups will start the week of May 19th and run for 6 weeks. Dates do not include a "7th week"
for a service project that will follow the series, to be arranged.

Join an in-person and online group that will do just that. Every Sunday afternoon this Spirit Group will meet to discuss the Sunday morning message.
Please register for the Spirit Group online, to get added to the Spirit Group roster for communication and to get the zoom link if you want to participate online.
If you are new to Unity of Bellevue and want to try a Spirit Group just drop in and join us in the library on Sundays at 12:30 pm.

Join Susan Sterling to experience the series, Affirmative Empowering Prayer. This series will use the book How to Pray Without Talking to God: Moment by Moment, Choice by Choice, by Rev. Linda Martella-Whitsett.
In this SpiritGroup Video Series, you are invited to re-examine your view of God, as well as the role of prayer. You will practice praying in new ways which affirm your Wholeness and Divine Identity
Affirmative Empowering Prayer is called affirmative because it recognizes your oneness with God. It is also described as empowering because it strengthens your ability to claim the power of your Divine Identity to respond well to any circumstance. You will also learn how to apply the 5 Phases of Prayer in your personal life, and also when praying with others.
How to Pray Without Talking to God shows how to develop a true spiritual practice by: re-forming the words of traditional prayers; cultivating a habit of daily prayer and meditation; learning how to pray with others.
How To Pray Without Talking To God is filled with the author's stories of her own evolving understanding of God. Each chapter includes a section called Talk to Yourself that poses questions for readers to write about or share in a study circle.
