Winter 2024 Spirit Groups Starting!

There are two Spirit Groups available to join. Groups will start the week of February 11th and run for 6 weeks. Dates do not include a "7th week" for a service project that will follow the series, to be arranged.

1. Susan Sterling Spirit Group, Saturdays, @ 11:00 am – 1:00 pm - In Person Unity of Bellevue - YOU Room, February 17th – April 6th

Transformed by Truth

Lessons in Truth: A Course of Twelve Lessons in Practical Christianity is the core text on Unity Church teachings, and it is one of the best representatives of New Thought philosophy. The spiritual models presented in Dr. Cady's lessons show us how to enhance our confidence and inner power and improve our spiritual development.

Rev. Michael Gott leads a six-part video series into the teachings contained in H. Emilie Cady’s book Lessons in Truth. Originally a series of articles titled Lessons in Truth by Dr. Cady were published in Unity magazine. This material later was compiled into a book. It was the first book Unity published.

2. Susan Neidig Spirit Group, Sundays, @ 12:30 – 2:30 pm - Hybrid Unity of Bellevue Library and Zoom, February 11th – April 7th

Deeper Dive into the Message from the Celebration Service

Have you ever left the celebration service thinking:

  • I would really like to go deeper,  or

  • I wish I could just sit and talk about this message and how it affects me.

Join an in-person and online group that will do just that.  Every Sunday afternoon this Spirit Group will meet to discuss the Sunday morning message.

Please register for the Spirit Group online, to get added to the Spirit Group roster for communication and to get the zoom link if you want to participate online.

If you are new to Unity of Bellevue and want to try a Spirit Group just drop in and join us in the library on Sundays at 12:30, starting on February 11th through April 7th.

For more information, please contact Susan Neidig at

Looking forward to a broader connection within our community at Unity of Bellevue

through the power of small groups.
