Welcome to Unity of Bellevue!
No matter where you come from, or where your journey has taken you, you are welcome at Unity of Bellevue.
It is our desire to offer Sunday celebration services that are joyful, enriching, and encouraging. Our worship is devoted to spirit-enhancing music, a meditation, and a lesson. Since Unity is based on the wisdom teachings of Jesus, our focus will always be on the Truth that "the kingdom is within" and that means within you. And, as a child of God, you are entitled to a full life of joy.
If your seeking has brought you to this page, we affirm that this is a "divine appointment" and look forward to meeting you soon!

“Don’t Bug Me. . .Hug Me!”
Music with Peter Acosta
This Sunday we will explore how we can make a difference in the lives of others; how love has the potential to transform not only our life, but others as well. Discover how we can all create an energy field of Love where miracles happen and lives are transformed; where all things are possible; and where every moment is an opportunity to bring God’s Love into expression. Join us as we set the intention to live together in this field of Divine Love!
HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!
NANCY’S THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK
We recently began our 64-day journey through the “Season for Peace & Nonviolence” (January 30-April 4). The first 23 days focus on “personal change.” As our curriculum for these 64 days says, “Nonviolence begins by learning how to be less violent and more compassionate with ourselves. We learn by building the courage to speak and act with respect, honor, and reverence for our own being.” So for these first 23 days, you are invited to do practices that help you to be a more loving, peace-filled being. After all, everything begins with “me,” doesn’t it? The first week asked you each day to do something, such as: accept the courage to practice living in peace; share a smile with at least three people; write down 10 things you appreciate about yourself; make a list of at least 5 ways to take better care of yourself and then do at least one of them; or think of ways to simplify your life and put at least one into practice. These are simple things, but they will make a profound change in your life – if you do them. Love yourself enough to make a commitment to experiment during this “Season for Peace & Nonviolence” with another way of showing up and being in the world. Commit to a daily practice of smiling, believing, dreaming, and caring. Be an opening for the Divine Presence of Love to work through. You can make all the difference. And you know what? Because of you, the world will be a better and more loving place!

AFFIRMATIONS FOR THE WEEK:
Today, I am an opening for the Divine Presence of Love.
I make a difference in the world.
Because of me the world is a more loving place.
I give and the Universe gives back to me.
I love and love lifts me – and everyone else – higher.
I am an opening for God. . .for Love!
