Unity of Bellevue has just announced the appointment of Rabbi Ted Falcon, Ph.D., as its Scholar-in-Residence for 2010.  

John M. McLean, Senior Minister of Unity of Bellevue, says, "As a teacher and spiritual guide, he is a great treasure and we are honored to be able to formalize our esteem for him.Through the Scholar-in-Residence program, we seek to discover new ways of sharing our commonly-held spiritual views.This affiliation gives us the opportunity to explore the possibilities."

Rabbi Ted will be guest speaker at two of Unity of Bellevue's Sunday Morning Celebrations and will also offer a three-week class on Exploring The World of Meditation in the autumn of 2010. 

Upon accepting the role of scholar-in-residence, Rabbi Ted said, "I appreciate this opportunity to deepen my relationship with the church at which I began my own congregation over 16 years ago. I am delighted and honored by this position."
