Our Leadership

Four things comprise our leadership: our powerful and dynamic spiritual leader and minister of truth, Rev. Marla Mason, our dedicated and caring staff, our committed board of trustees, and our core community members. We are all deeply dedicated to our own spiritual work and to the work of leading this Center toward fulfilling its Vision and Mission.

Rev. Marla Mason
Rev. Marla joined our community as an Associate Minister in late 2016. Since then she has served with a passion for supporting people along the spiritual path. She came to ministry after a 25-year career as a corporate consultant and non-profit leader. Her background includes experience in organizational and leadership development, instructional design and facilitation and coaching, as well as social work and non-profit program management. She has maintained a private spiritual counseling and teaching practice since 2001 and served in several spiritual leadership roles since finishing her ministerial training in 2004. Described as “enthusiastic, spiritual, and a wonderful listener,” Rev. Marla is a gifted and dynamic speaker, teacher, and spiritual counselor.
She says:
Welcome to Unity of Bellevue. Whoever you are and wherever you are on your path, you are meant for greatness. We are dedicated to supporting you in awakening that greatness with practical spiritual principles and powerful community in which to practice living them.
As you explore our site and learn more about us, I trust you will find information that leaves you feeling empowered and optimistic about your future. If you are seeking a spiritual community that embraces and affirms who you are, and supports you to stretch and grow, welcome home.
Many blessings, Rev. Marla

When you enjoy a great salad prepared by our Hospitality Team or stand out of the rain under our walkways, or smell our flowers on Sunday morning, or get inspired in a class, you can be sure the time, talents and tithes of our members is behind it.
